Welcome to Orionly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services
Orionly provides website creation services using Wix Studio. Our web designer determines the best platform for your project, and the pricing for our services remains consistent. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including design, content creation, and technical implementation to create professional websites. Some packages include leaflet and business card creation designed to match your website. These materials will feature your business design on one side and an Orionly link on the other, and will be sent to your nominated address 30 days after you approve the website design.

2. Subscription and Billing
Our services are available on a monthly subscription basis with a 1-month rolling contract. You will be billed monthly for the duration of your subscription. Since there are no upfront costs or trials, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and billing will cease accordingly.

3. Ownership and Rights
All website designs, content, and logos created by Orionly are owned by Orionly unless otherwise stated. Clients are granted a license to use the website design and content for their business purposes, but Orionly retains rights to the design and content, including the right to display our acknowledgment on the client's website. Designs or logos created by us cannot be transferred to another provider. The website design and logos remain Orionly's property.
Domain names are owned by Orionly unless the customer has an existing domain to link to the new website. There is no fee to transfer an existing domain. If you transfer a domain provided by Orionly, a transfer fee applies:

• Subscription under 12 months: £100 transfer fee

• Subscription between 12-24 months: £75 transfer fee

• Subscription between 24-36 months: £50 transfer fee

• Subscription over 36 months: £25 transfer fee

4. Customer Satisfaction
We aim for customer satisfaction and provide opportunities for feedback and collaboration throughout the design process. Since you will receive a draft before subscribing, we encourage you to review it thoroughly. You can request revisions if necessary. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so under the 30-day rolling contract.

5. Custom Email Service
We offer the option to set up custom email addresses for an additional monthly cost. This service is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

6. Content Usage
We design and create content tailored to your website. In the event of a cancellation, we retain ownership of the website design and any logos created by us. You are free to use the wording and content created by us for your business, but the website design and logos remain Orionly's property.

7. Changes to Website
We support your evolving business needs. You can contact our team to discuss changes or updates to your website. We provide a portal where you can upload content and make changes as part of our ongoing support while your subscription is active.

8. Inappropriate Content
Orionly reserves the right to refuse service for any website idea promoting inappropriate content such as racism, sexism, or discrimination. If your website idea does not meet these terms, a full refund will be given upon cancellation of the subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability
Orionly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms
Orionly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Basic Ad-Supported Package
For customers choosing the Basic Ad-Supported Package, Orionly advertising will be present throughout the website, including pop-ups and less intrusive ads placed on various pages. This package offers the same functions as the standard package at a reduced cost in exchange for allowing our advertising.
